Can I wash my Butterflytwists shoes?
Vada Life make a vast range of shoes using different materials and textiles. In order to keep your shoes looking box fresh we'd suggest you use a damp cloth to rub away any dirt and letting them air dry.
We do not recommend machine washing your shoes due to the unique and innovative smart foams we use to provide you with the highest level of comfort.
Comfort First
Comfort is the new buzz word in fashion. We've been reinventing comfort in stylish shoes for almost a decade. We use a number of smart foams to ensure that the bed of your shoes are the most comfortable they could be. We even add additional cushioning to the insoles on top of the existing cushioning just so that you know we are thinking of your feet first.
But it doesn't stop there... Comfort isn't just about what you're standing on. We ensure that our shoes fit like a glove. We utilise elasticated uppers, breathable linings and other such materials that wick away moisture. All of this is then placed on top of our premium rubber outsoles, we don't want you slipping on your bum with all that comfort.

All shoes on our website are in UK which is standard for South Africa.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
How do I track my order?
You can visit the courier courier company's tracking page here. Make sure to enter the tracking number provided in your "order has been shipped" email. You will then be able to see the exact status of delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is R100.00 anywhere in SA.
Please note we only deliver within the South African borders.
Return Policy
We accept unworn products purchased exclusively from Butterflytwists.co.za within 90 days from the date of purchase.
