As the summer days get longer and the temperature rises, we wanted to share our favourite recipe for raspberry ice lollies with you ladies.
You see, like you, we are planning on soaking up a whole lot of sun this summer and we can already picture ourselves lounging by the pool and there’s no better way to stay refreshed than with a perfectly fruity ice lolly.
Here is our insanely easy to make recipe!
Prep time: 10min
Freezer time: 4 hours
Serves: 6 people
What you will need
- 100 grams Raspberries
- 150 grams Vanilla Drinking Yogurt
- 1 Fresh Lime
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
How to:
- Put the raspberries, vanilla yoghurt and maple syrup in a bowl, then pour over 350ml boiling water. Leave to infuse for 10 mins.
- Juice the lime, then stir in the lime juice and leave to cool. Pour into six ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hrs, or overnight.
So now that we have all ditched our winter woollies and unpacked our bright summer closet there's nothing left to do but grab your bestie and some refreshing pops and head to the pool!
